Job summary

GSM - Green SM in Pasay, Metro Manila, is seeking a Sales & Marketing Promotion Team Leader to plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns that drive vehicle sales and strengthen brand engagement. You will design promotions, plan dealership events, roadshows, and customer engagement activities, while collaborating with the Sales team to meet targets and analyze ROI.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
35 years of experience in sales and marketing in automotive (as stated).
Strong understanding of dealership operations and customer buying behavior.
Experience planning and executing promotional campaigns, events, and product launches.
Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, social media marketing, and CRM systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Willingness to travel and work during promotional events, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales and marketing promotion strategies to increase vehicle sales and after-sales service revenue.
Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, dealership events, roadshows, and customer engagement activities.
Work closely with the Sales team to design promotions that support monthly and annual sales targets.
Identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to recommend effective marketing initiatives.
Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, website content, and online advertising.
Coordinate with advertising agencies, suppliers, and media partners to ensure successful campaign execution.
Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, promotional displays, digital content, and sales presentations.
Monitor campaign performance and analyze sales results to measure return on investment (ROI) and recommend improvements.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure promotional activities are delivered within approved costs.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, corporate partners, and community organizations to support business development.
Ensure all marketing activities align with company branding and manufacturer guidelines.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, lead generation, and marketing effectiveness.
