Job summary

GreenGSM Philippines is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee depot operations across Cavite, Batangas, Bulacan, and Pampanga. The role drives driver readiness, fleet deployment, attendance, and overall productivity to meet company standards and KPIs.

The successful candidate will manage multi-shift teams, optimize service quality, analyze performance data, and coordinate with HR, Training, Fleet, and Customer Service to drive improvements and safe, reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 6–8 years of depot operations or logistics experience.
• Experience managing large driver teams and multi-shift operations.
• Strong people management, problem-solving, coordination, and execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily depot operations, driver schedules, attendance, and productivity.
• Drive driver supply, recruitment, onboarding, and KPI performance.
• Manage fleet operations, vehicle readiness, maintenance, and asset management.
• Ensure service quality and resolve issues to improve passenger experience.
• Analyze KPIs and business performance to identify improvements.
• Lead and develop depot teams, enforcing accountability and discipline.
• Handle critical issues and coordinate with HR, Training, Fleet, Customer Service and Legal.
