Worldwide Interiors Design Center Corp seeks a Marketing Head to lead integrated marketing across physical stores, consignment locations, and digital channels. You will shape brand identity and drive engagement and sales.

You will oversee creative development, digital marketing, e-commerce, and promotional campaigns, managing a team of designers and marketers to deliver cohesive-brand experiences.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• 5–8 years in marketing with branding/digital focus.
• 3+ years in managerial/leadership role.
• Experience in retail/home improvement/construction materials/consumer goods preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Knowledge of 3D visualization tools is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CMS, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics.
• Strong budget, planning, and project management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement annual marketing and branding strategy.
• Plan and manage promotional activities, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and in-store marketing initiatives.
• Oversee creatives and graphic design.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, search engines, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Analyze online sales performance and implement initiatives to improve conversion rates and customer retention.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Marketing Team, including Graphic Artists, Marketing Development Officer, Web Administrator and other marketing personnel.
