Qualifikationen

The Marketing Head is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that strengthen the Worldwide Interiors Design Center Corp brand, increase customer engagement, and drive sales across physical stores, consignment locations, and digital platforms. The role leads all marketing initiatives, including brand management, advertising, graphic design, visual content creation, digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, and promotional campaigns.

The Marketing Head also oversees creative development and ensures that all marketing materials align with the Company's brand identity and business objectives.

Qualifications:

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.

Experience

• At least 5–8 years of progressive experience in marketing, brand management, or digital marketing.
• At least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Experience in the retail, home improvement, construction materials, or consumer goods industry is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in graphic design, 3D visualization/simulation, and e-commerce management.

Knowledge

• Marketing strategy and brand management.
• Graphic design principles and visual communication.
• Digital marketing and social media management.
• E-commerce platforms and online marketplace operations.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with Canva and other content creation tools.
• Knowledge of 3D visualization or simulation software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, Blender, 3ds Max, Lumion, or similar) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent).
• Experience managing websites and content management systems (CMS).
• Understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and email marketing platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
