Q2 HR Solutions is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead brand management, retail and digital marketing, and e-commerce initiatives to drive growth and engagement across physical stores and online platforms. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 5–8 years or more of progressive experience in marketing.
• At least 3 years of managerial or leadership experience.
• Experience in retail, home improvement, construction materials, or consumer goods preferred.
• Proven experience in brand strategy, integrated marketing campaigns, digital marketing, and e-commerce management.
• Strong background in creative direction, graphic design, and 3D visualization or simulation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Knowledge of 3D visualization tools such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Blender, 3ds Max, or Lumion.
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and email marketing platforms.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals and revenue targets.
• Lead branding, advertising, promotional campaigns, and product launches to increase customer engagement and sales.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Plan and execute in-store promotions, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and retail marketing activities.
• Work closely with Operations, Merchandising, and Store Management to ensure effective campaign execution.
• Strengthen brand consistency across retail stores, promotional materials, and customer touchpoints.
• Oversee digital marketing strategies across social media, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and other online channels.
• Oversee website management, online brand presence, and digital campaign performance.
• Lead e-commerce marketing initiatives, including product listings, online promotions, and marketplace optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve online customer experience, conversion rates, and sales performance.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.
• Monitor campaign performance, customer engagement, sales growth, and ROI.
• Analyze marketing data and recommend improvements to maximize business results.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, including digital marketing and creative professionals.
• Set team goals, monitor performance, and promote collaboration and innovation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business priorities.
