Job summary

Blue Star is seeking a Managing/ME Head for the Sricity Manufacturing Plant. The role focuses on capacity enhancement, productivity improvements, and the implementation of Lean, MOST, TPM, and TQM practices to meet business targets.

The successful candidate will drive Capex-based technology upgrades, establish best practices, and ensure reliable and efficient manufacturing processes. Experience in leading cross-functional teams and achieving OEE, safety, and quality goals is required.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech with specialization in Mechanical/Production/Electrical/Industrial Engineering.
• 15+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive capacity enhancement and productivity improvements.
• Lead Lean, MOST, TPM, and TQM initiatives.
• Upgrade technology through Capex planning and new SOP adoption.
• Improve OEE, safety, and quality targets.
• Maintain production lines and equipment in good working order.
• Implement Kaizen, Poka-yoke, jigs, fixtures, etc.
