Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Supply Chain Performance Leader to drive operational excellence by analyzing processes, eliminating waste, and implementing Lean methodologies across the organization. You will champion digital tools, lead Kaizen events, and develop structured roadmaps to improve site performance and efficiency.

The role requires strong knowledge of Lean, VSM, TOC, and ERP/BI platforms, with a focus on real-time visibility and business transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial/operations related field.
• MBA is advantageous.
• 8–10 years in supply chain, manufacturing, or business transformation.
• Proven cross-functional improvement leadership with measurable results.
• Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, VSM, TOC, and CI methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Influence P&L by aligning improvements with financial objectives and cost optimization.
• Maximise profitability via inventory optimization and WIP reduction.
• Analyse end-to-end SCM processes to eliminate waste and reduce lead times.
• Apply takt time and flow metrics to synchronise processes and delivery performance.
• Use VSM to visualise flows and align improvements with customer value.
• Apply Theory of Constraints to remove bottlenecks and maintain throughput.
• Lead Kaizen events and cross-functional workshops to close gaps.
• Ensure integration of ERP/BI tools for accurate tracking and reporting.
• Promote Schneider Performance System (SPS) and digital platforms for visibility.
