Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Managed Print Services, Managed IT Services, Technical Operations, or related industries.
• At least 3 years of managerial or leadership experience.
• Experience managing enterprise clients and vendor partnerships.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, financial management, and operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, ERP, and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, operations, financial performance, and growth of the Managed Services Group.
• Oversee Managed Print Services and technical service operations, ensuring SLA compliance, service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage product and solution development, including product evaluation, lifecycle management, pricing, and service packages.
• Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to expand market share and identify new opportunities.
• Lead product launches, promotional activities, vendor events, and client presentations in collaboration with Marketing and Sales.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to strengthen service offerings.
• Manage vendor partnerships, resources, manpower planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and innovation across managed services.
• Present business performance and strategic recommendations to Executive Management.
