Job summary

Michael Page seeks a high-impact leader to drive Philippine operations within a respected regional technology and business solutions provider. You will spearhead growth, manage P&L, and lead sales, account management, and cross-functional teams to deliver programs across MSP and staff augmentation offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 8+ years in technology services, managed services, outsourcing, staffing or related fields.
• Proven experience in business development, sales leadership, general management or P&L ownership.
• Strong track record of driving revenue growth and enterprise client relationships.
• Experience in MSP, IT solutions, staff augmentation or tech consulting preferred.
• Technical background is advantageous but not required.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive overall business growth and P&L performance in the Philippines.
• Lead sales and business development initiatives across Managed Print Services and Staff Augmentation offerings.
• Develop and execute country growth strategies aligned with regional objectives.
• Build and manage relationships with enterprise customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop local commercial and operational teams.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand existing customer partnerships.
• Collaborate with regional leadership on business planning and execution.
