Job summary

Project Manna OPC in Dipaculao, Philippines is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure guest service excellence, manage costs and inventory, and uphold high standards of food quality, safety and hospitality.

You will lead the F&B team, coordinate with culinary and events teams, monitor budgets and performance, develop menus and service initiatives, handle guest feedback, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field preferred.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, inventory management, and cost control.
• Ability to manage teams, monitor budgets, and maintain service quality.
• Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure efficient service and smooth workflow.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, sanitation, and guest service.
• Supervise, train, and develop F&B team members to ensure consistent service standards.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, stock control, and supplier coordination.
• Monitor food and beverage costs, budgets, sales performance, and operational expenses.
• Develop menus, promotions, and service initiatives in coordination with the culinary team and management.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and company policies.
• Prepare operational reports and recommend improvements to enhance profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other departments to support daily operations, events, and special dining arrangements.
