Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking a Senior IT Manager with 8–10 years of leadership experience in a BPO environment. The role involves ensuring proper task designation, provisioning, installation, configuration, operations, and maintenance of all IT systems, hardware, and software infrastructure.

You will develop IT plans, act as incident and problem manager for major incidents, and lead the team to foster innovation and collaboration while coordinating cross-domain projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in IT, CS or related field.
• 8–10 years as IT Head/Manager in a BPO.
• Experience with Linux, Windows and Mac systems.
• Strong English communication, both verbal and written.
• Willing to work in BGC, Taguig or Bacolod; flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate IT plans, policies, resources, goals and vision.
• Act as incident and problem manager for major business-critical incidents.
• Lead and coach the IT team to promote innovation and collaboration.
• Support project delivery across Telco, Network and System domains.
• Own and manage RFPs & RFIs for the contact center domain.
• Ensure provisioning, installation, configuration, operation and maintenance of all IT infrastructures.
• Maintain network facilities and server rooms; monitor security.
• Delegate duties within the IT support department and review tasks for standards.
• Keep up with trends in information technology and perform regular IT audits.
