Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking a Technical Solutions Architect to lead technology initiatives and deliver tailored solutions for clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, design high-level and low-level architectures, and drive project implementations from a technical perspective.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 years in IT support with project management, strong communication, and a solid understanding of Telco, Systems Engineering, and Networks in a BPO setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in relevant IT Support roles with a strong focus on project management.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Close attention to detail on how business and technology are meant to work together.
• Effective interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style, including teamwork.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Telco, Systems Engineering, and Networks in a BPO setting.
• Proficiency with information technologies in a secure, PCI-compliant environment.
• Efficient in using the entire suite of Microsoft Office applications.
• Customer/Technical Support experience is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Directly assists in the development of a technical solution.
• Assists other IT teams on solutions and project management.
• Directs the identification and recommendation of appropriate solutions, upgrades, replacements, or decommissioning options incorporating business and technology productivity and usability.
• Provides analysis and recommendations around information security as necessary.
• Will provide the solution document, including high-level and low-level designs for implementation via SRF and Engineering Teams.
• Accountable for spearheading project implementations from a technical perspective.
