Job summary

IT Managers, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT leader to drive the organization’s IT strategy and operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

You will mentor the IT team, oversee infrastructure and applications, and ensure security, reliability, and cost efficiency across cloud, virtualization, and enterprise systems. The role requires 5+ years in IT management, strong governance knowledge, and proven project leadership within a BPO setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or CS or related field.
• 5+ years in IT management or leadership.
• Strong experience in IT infrastructure, systems, and networks.
• Experience managing IT operations in a BPO/call center environment.
• Experience in IT project management and implementation.
• Background in cybersecurity, risk management, IT governance.
• Experience with cloud services and virtualization.
• Experience with enterprise apps, ERP, databases.
• Experience in IT budgeting, resource allocation, and cost optimization.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead IT team with mentoring, performance management, and resource planning.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, hardware, software, systems, and apps.
• Ensure stability, scalability, security, and reliability of IT systems.
• Lead IT projects from planning through implementation and delivery.
• Manage cloud platforms, virtualization, and enterprise applications.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Establish and enforce IT security policies and cybersecurity best practices.
• Monitor cybersecurity risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct IT audits, risk assessments, and reviews of systems and processes.
• Oversee business application development, deployment, integration, and maintenance.
• Manage IT support and helpdesk operations.
• Maintain comprehensive IT documentation, policies, and procedures.
