Job summary

Isentia is seeking a Research Analyst to deliver timely, high-quality client reports by researching media data and producing insights that inform strategic decisions. You will work closely with team leads and fellow analysts to ensure every client brief is met with accuracy, strong technical formatting, and actionable conclusions.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in research, excellent Business English, and proficiency with MS Office, G Suite, and data analysis tools.

Qualifications

• Degree or Post-graduate degree in Communications, Communications Research, Business, or related Social Sciences.
• 1–2 years of experience in research with knowledge of socio-political-economic current events or industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Quality and output accuracy in client reports.
• Conduct research and produce error-free client reports.
• Maintain coverage based on client requirements.
• Meet deadlines and ensure timely delivery.
