Job summary

Freshworks is seeking a Creative Director to lead and scale our in-house creative team. This role owns strategy, operations, and output across brand campaigns, sales enablement, events, and digital experiences—ensuring every touchpoint reflects Freshworks quality and voice.

You will build an AI-assisted creative studio with agency-grade discipline, partnering with marketing, product and regional teams to move markets and earn attention.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in creative direction or in-house studio leadership
• Strong portfolio across digital, campaigns, and product marketing contexts
• Deep understanding of visual design, art direction, motion, and how great creative drives business outcomes
• Fluency in B2B SaaS or technology marketing and ability to simplify complex products

Responsibilities

• Own and operate Freshworks' internal creative studio as a center of excellence serving brand, demand generation, product marketing, sales, and regional teams
• Define and evolve the visual and creative expression of the Freshworks brand across formats and channels
• Lead creative development across campaigns, digital assets, presentations, events, video, and sales collateral
• Build scalable creative operations with intake workflows, briefs, project management, and quality review frameworks
• Partner with marketing to ensure creative work reflects the Freshworks narrative with precision and impact
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted design tools to accelerate production and expand capacity
• Establish and maintain a design system and asset library for on-brand output
• Define and track creative performance metrics like asset utilization and campaign impact
• Build, lead, and grow a team of designers, art directors, motion artists, and producers
