Job summary

Human Intelligence is seeking an AI Creative Specialist to blend design excellence with advanced AI workflows. You will produce premium digital content across marketing, websites, videos, and educational resources, working closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Operations.

The role emphasizes experimentation with AI tools, high production standards, and a strong portfolio. It’s a fully remote, independent contractor position with diverse, globally distributed projects.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality creative work across multiple digital formats.
• Professional experience in graphic design, digital marketing creative, multimedia production, or related creative disciplines.
• Excellent proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and/or After Effects).
• Experience creating content for websites, landing pages, social media, presentations, digital advertising, and marketing campaigns.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• AI Creative Production: accelerate graphic design, image generation, video editing, motion graphics, and more.
• Digital Design: create landing pages, website graphics, sales resources, infographics, PDFs, social campaigns.
• Video: produce social videos, explainers, product demos, educational content, and campaigns.
• AI Innovation: test new AI tools to improve quality and efficiency.
• Collaboration: partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, Operations, and Leadership.
