Superside is seeking a visionary AI Creative Director to lead a globally distributed team of creatives, delivering innovative work across branding, landing pages, ad and social creative, print design, and presentation design. You’ll integrate cutting-edge AI into our design processes and elevate creative capabilities.

As Creative Director, you will own the creative vision across multiple customer accounts, ensuring quality and consistency, and serving as the main creative contact for clients.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in creative leadership, preferably at global agencies or fast-paced teams.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder projects across brands.
• Strong portfolio with AI-enhanced design work and branding outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative vision for key accounts and ensure brand consistency.
• Lead customer calls and creative presentations with clear rationale and feedback.
• Mentor and inspire a globally distributed creative team.
• Collaborate with Creative Project Managers to align vision, scope, and resources.
• Use Generative AI tools to support ideation and design while maintaining quality.
