Loveridge Digital is seeking an AI-driven Creative Lead to own the creative output across static and video, leveraging AI tools to drive results in paid media campaigns.

You'll lead a globally distributed team, integrate AI workflows, oversee concept development, script and storyboards, and ensure high-quality, on-brand assets while coaching teammates and presenting rationale to clients.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading creative teams in advertising, with a focus on paid media
• Strong ability to articulate why creative works and how it ties to performance
• Proven hands-on video editing and post-production skills across multiple formats
• Fluent in AI-driven production tools and integration into workflows
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of AI tools into creative workflows for static and video assets
• Own end-to-end concept pipelines, briefs and hooks across campaigns
• Direct video editing and post-production, ensuring platform-specific specs
• Drive campaign vision and brand storytelling across campaigns and clients
• Maintain quality and governance over AI-generated outputs and assets
• Provide creative strategy and performance feedback to optimize outcomes
