Job summary

Freshworks is seeking a Sr. Solution Architect for its FPS to lead the Americas technical team, translating business outcomes into scalable Freshworks solutions and guiding sales, delivery, and expansion efforts across customers.

You will design architectures, oversee integrations, mentor engineers, and drive AI/automation initiatives, ensuring risk is managed and customer success is achieved through clear, actionable designs and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Professional Services within SaaS, ITSM/ESM
• Ability to create architecture diagrams and process maps
• Experience with ERP/HRMS/IDAM and related enterprise landscapes
• ITIL Certification
• Knowledge of Project Management principles

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior technical leader in the Americas FPS team
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Engineering, Product/Engineering, Support and Customer Success to improve internal process efficiencies toward improved customer adoption
• During the Sales cycle, FPS SA works with Presales to understand pain points and devise implementation approaches
• During Delivery, translate high-level designs into detailed designs for implementation
• During Expansion, adjust deployed capabilities to meet updated customer needs
• Primary Escalation Contact for the Americas Region coordinating with stakeholders
• Create architecture diagrams and deliver presentations
• Configure, customize, and deploy Freshworks products (workflows, automation, integrations, reporting)
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation to achieve measurable outcomes
• Provide training and assist in adoption and governance
