Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive HR experience with 5–7 years in executive leadership.
• Manufacturing or industrial sector HR leadership preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in HRM/BA/Psychology; MBA or HR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and align multi-year HR strategies with growth objectives.
• Advise C-suite on leadership succession and workforce planning.
• Lead HR teams across plant operations, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
• Oversee labor compliance and regulatory mandates.
• Modernize compensation, benefits, payroll, and HRIS processes.
