Job summary

Viventis Search Asia seeks an experienced HR & Administration Manager for a construction company in Orion, Bataan. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and policy development while ensuring labor law compliance and supporting project teams.

This role covers head office and on-site staffing, admin operations, and reports to management. Travel to project sites may be required; a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least 5 years’ experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of HR and administrative experience, preferably in construction.
• Experience handling head office and project/site-based employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and staffing for projects and head office.
• Manage onboarding, records, attendance, leave, and personnel administration.
• Coordinate payroll, benefits, and government compliance (DOLE).
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Provide HR support to project managers and site personnel.
• Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
• Prepare HR and administrative reports for management.
