Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (must-have).
• 7+ years HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Professional HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, HRCI) would be an advantage.
