Job summary

JBC Ventures in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Head of HR to build a high-performance organization across its growing portfolio in manufacturing, construction, and hospitality. You will partner with the CEO and department heads to strengthen people systems, improve organizational performance, and establish clear expectations and accountability.

Qualifications

• At least seven years of HR experience with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor law, employee relations, and due process.
• Experience implementing KPI-based performance management systems.
• Ability to work directly with senior leadership and hold managers accountable.

Responsibilities

• Review organizational structure, manpower requirements, policies, and workplace standards.
• Implement and monitor company-wide KPIs and performance management systems.
• Ensure managers conduct proper evaluations, coaching, and performance improvement plans.
• Strengthen recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and succession planning.
• Lead employee relations, disciplinary proceedings, investigations, and due process.
• Maintain compliance with Philippine labor laws and DOLE requirements.
• Develop programs that reinforce ownership, discipline, and continuous improvement.
