You will design hiring pipelines, performance reviews linked to company goals, and compensation structures, while onboarding and supporting both remote global staff and on-site US personnel.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in leadership of people operations and HR systems.
• Experience building hiring pipelines and evaluation systems.
• Experience managing remote global staff and on-site US personnel.
• Familiarity with California employment standards and wage rules.
• Ability to simplify processes and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build a fast, predictable hiring process across tech, marketing, supply chain, and operations.
• Create scoring guides for hiring decisions based on proven ability.
• Set up sourcing channels to keep pipelines warm.
• Design performance reviews aligned to goals and business results.
• Define career progression and transparent expectations.
• Develop compensation and bonus structures aligned with costs.
• Coach managers on leadership and feedback.
• Provide tools for managers to resolve bottlenecks independently.
• Design onboarding programs covering standards, tools, and goals in week one.
• Collaborate with leadership to map hiring needs to revenue growth.
