Job summary

• At least seven years of HR experience with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor law, employee relations, and due process.
• Experience implementing KPI-based performance management systems.
• Ability to work directly with senior leadership and hold managers accountable.

This is a key leadership role. And you will be working closely with the CEO and department heads, you will be responsible for strengthening our people systems, improving organizational performance, and building a culture where expectations are clear and accountability is consistent.

What We're Looking For

• At least seven years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum 2 year leadership or managerial role
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor law, employee relations, and disciplinary due process
• Proven experience implementing KPI and performance management systems
• Confident working directly with senior leadership and holding managers accountable
• Organized, objective, decisive, and capable of handling sensitive matters with discretion
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, hospitality, or another operations-intensive industry is an advantage
