Camden Health Services Inc. in Makati seeks a results-driven Business Development and Marketing Leader to accelerate revenue growth, expand market presence, and strengthen the clinic network.

You will lead customer acquisition, partnerships, brand positioning, and integrated campaigns across channels while mentoring the BD/Marketing team to meet targets.

A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in BD or marketing are required; healthcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in business development, sales, or marketing.
• At least 2 years in supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in healthcare, medical services, clinic operations, or related service industries is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
• Advanced MS Excel / Google Sheets and management reporting skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue, customer acquisition, and market expansion targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, corporate accounts, strategic partnerships, and potential market segments.
• Lead client prospecting, business presentations, proposal preparation, negotiations, and closing of business agreements.
• Develop and execute annual marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional activities aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee brand positioning, corporate identity, and consistent marketing communication across all clinics and channels.
• Lead digital and traditional marketing initiatives, including social media, online advertising, community engagement, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences, and emerging business opportunities.
• Establish and monitor business development and marketing targets, budgets, and KPIs.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the Business Development and Marketing team to achieve departmental objectives.
• Collaborate with clinic heads and department managers to align business development and marketing initiatives with operational capabilities and business goals.
