The role oversees marketing, brand, VIP, CRM, analytics and payments/fraud operations (optional) for the Philippines market, with a focus on profitable growth and KPI delivery.

English proficiency is required; Tagalog is a plus.

Qualifications

• Senior leader with 5+ years in commercial leadership roles with P&L exposure.
• Experience in the Philippine market and iGaming preferred.
• English proficiency required; Tagalog is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the Philippines P&L and drive revenue through commercial and marketing activity.
• Set the annual commercial strategy, including acquisition targets, channel mix and budgets.
• Lead the budget and forecast process for all marketing and commercial spend.
• Monitor performance and adjust plans to market conditions.
• Oversee multi-channel acquisition and CRM programs across channels.
• Direct VIP program design and performance targets.
• Lead analytics, insights and data-driven decision making.
