Qualifications

• Extensive experience in senior commercial leadership, business development, sales, or revenue management in BPO or related B2B services.
• Proven track record of managing full commercial client lifecycle including marketing, lead generation, and account expansion.
• Experience leading Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue growth strategies to meet targets.
• Oversee Marketing, Lead Generation, Sales, and Customer Success functions.
• Drive upsell, cross-sell, and expanded service engagements with existing accounts.
• Monitor KPIs like CAC, NRR, churn, and gross margin to guide decisions.
• Lead cross-functional teams and align with executive leadership on priorities.
