SYSGEN RPO seeks a Chief Commercial Officer to join the Philippines leadership team, sharing P&L accountability with the Country CEO and owning revenue driven by commercial and marketing activity.

You will lead marketing, brand, VIP, CRM and analytics, and determine how the business acquires, retains and grows its player base profitably across channels. The role requires deep iGaming experience and regional market awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Set the annual commercial strategy: acquisition and retention targets, channel mix and budget allocation.
• Own the marketing and commercial budget and forecast.
• Lead multi-channel acquisition across affiliates, PPC, social, display, SEO and traditional media, with accountability for CPA, volume and ROI.
• Direct the CRM programme: segmentation, automated campaigns, promotions and loyalty.
• Oversee the VIP programme, including tiering, service levels and revenue targets.
• Lead analytics and insights, and commission market and customer research.
• Direct brand, PR and communications across mobile, web and retail.
• Lead a commercial team of up to 10 direct reports, manage agencies and third-party partners, and oversee the martech stack.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years in a senior commercial leadership role, ideally with P&L exposure
• 10+ years in marketing overall
• iGaming experience (sports betting or online casino) is required
• Philippines or Southeast Asia market experience strongly preferred
• Hands-on knowledge of affiliates, PPC, SEO, social and programmatic
• Experience building and running CRM programs, including segmentation and automated campaigns
• Data-literate, with experience managing agencies and third-party partners
• Marketing degree or equivalent preferred
