Job summary

Sysgen RPO, Inc. is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer to join the Philippines leadership team.

You will share P&L accountability with the Country CEO and lead revenue through commercial and marketing activities, including CRM, VIP programs, analytics, and brand management. You will set annual commercial strategy, own budgets, and lead multi-channel acquisition across affiliates, PPC, SEO, social, and traditional media.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior commercial leadership role; P&L exposure preferred.
• 10+ years in marketing experience.
• iGaming experience (sports betting or online casino) is required.
• Philippines or Southeast Asia market experience strongly preferred.
• Experience building and running CRM programs with segmentation and automated campaigns.
• Data-literate with experience managing agencies and partners.
• Marketing degree or equivalent preferred.
• Collaborative, delivery-focused leader who partners with CEO.
• Commercially curious with strong communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Set the annual commercial strategy including acquisition and retention targets, channel mix and budget.
• Own the marketing and commercial budget and forecast.
• Lead multi-channel acquisition across affiliates, PPC, social, display, SEO and traditional media; manage CPA, volume and ROI.
• Direct the CRM programme: segmentation, automated campaigns, promotions and loyalty.
• Oversee the VIP programme including tiering, service levels and revenue targets.
• Lead analytics and insights; commission market and customer research.
• Direct brand, PR and communications across mobile, web and retail.
• Lead a commercial team of up to 10 direct reports; manage agencies and martech stack.
