Job summary

New Media Services, a Philippines-based BPO leader, is seeking a commercially driven Chief Commercial Officer to lead Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. You will own end-to-end client lifecycle, drive revenue growth, and build scalable commercial strategies that accelerate expansion and profitability.

You will translate data and customer insights into actionable plans, manage budgets, and align cross-functional teams to meet ambitious targets while maintaining strong client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in senior commercial leadership, business development, sales, or revenue management in BPO/outsourcing or related B2B services.
• Proven track record of managing full commercial lifecycle including marketing, lead generation, new business, client relationships, retention, upselling and cross-selling.
• Experience driving growth targets, managing revenue forecasts, budgets, pricing strategies, and account profitability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue growth strategies for the company.
• Oversee Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to align with growth targets.
• Lead new business development, sales negotiations, proposals, and client acquisitions.
• Strengthen client relationships, reduce churn, and expand contracted services.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
