Smartrecruitment in the Philippines seeks a Chief Commercial Officer to lead marketing, CRM, analytics and P&L for the market. The role oversees multi-channel customer acquisition, retention programs and VIP initiatives, working closely with the Country CEO to set commercial strategy and drive profitable growth.

The successful candidate will have iGaming experience, strong leadership, and a data-driven approach to optimize campaigns across web, mobile and retail.

Qualifications

• Senior commercial leader with 5+ years, Philippine market preferred.
• Experience in iGaming marketing or regulated markets is required.
• English fluency; Tagalog is an advantage.
• Background in B2C and SEA region is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and own the commercial strategy and country P&L with the CEO.
• Direct multi-channel customer acquisition including affiliates, PPC, SEO and social.
• Oversee CRM, retention, loyalty, and lifetime value initiatives.
• Lead analytics and insights to drive data-based decisions.
• Manage brand, marketing output and agency relationships.
