Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations management, preferably multi-site retail or F&B.
• Experience managing area or multi-site retail operations and improving efficiency and profitability.
• Knowledge of F&B operations, health and safety, inventory, and service standards.
• Strong leadership and people management across multiple locations.
• Proficient with POS systems and inventory software.
• Analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Flexible to manage dynamic pop-up retail operations and seasonal changes.
• Financial acumen, budgeting, and cost control experience.
• Knowledge of Philippine retail and F&B landscape is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple F&B retail and cookie pop-up locations.
• Train and develop store managers and teams with coaching and feedback.
• Develop policies and best practices to standardize service and product quality.
• Monitor KPIs: sales targets, labor costs, cash flow and inventory.
• Conduct landlord negotiations, site visits, and audits for health, safety, and brand standards.
• Coordinate inventory and supply chain with procurement to optimize stock and reduce waste.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and staffing to ensure continuity.
• Identify operational challenges and implement data-driven improvements to cut costs.
• Liaise with finance, marketing, and other departments to align strategies.
• Respond promptly to operational issues and customer concerns from stores.
