Job summary

Orca Brands seeks a Head of E-Commerce to own the full funnel performance across its beauty and wellness DTC portfolio. You will drive funnel development, CRO, and a data-driven approach to optimize copy, pages, checkout, and retention across email and SMS.

You will lead cross-functional teams, partner with marketing, and manage experimentation roadmaps to deliver profitable growth and scale AOV, CVR, and LTV.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Head or Director of E-commerce, CRO, or growth roles in DTC, beauty, wellness, or consumer products.
• Expert-level copywriting ability with direct response focus.
• Proven track record improving CVR, AOV, and LTV through testing and funnel innovation.

Responsibilities

• Own Shopify storefront performance, on-site UX, and checkout optimization.
• Develop and own CRO program across brands and landing pages, with testing roadmaps.
• Oversee email, SMS, and CRM retention campaigns and lifecycle flows.
• Partner with paid media, creative, product, and customer support to unify the customer journey.
