Job summary

D2B is seeking a commercially driven Head of Ecommerce to lead international growth across Amazon, DTC and paid digital channels. You will own ecommerce revenue, profitability, strategy and budgets while working closely with the CEO to build a scalable international ecommerce operation.

This hands-on leadership role requires deep Amazon experience, strong Shopify/DTC capability and a track record of managing remote teams to deliver measurable growth.

Qualifications

• Proven ecommerce leadership with revenue ownership.
• Deep hands-on Amazon experience: ads, listings, growth.
• Multi-market ecommerce experience (USA, UK/EU).
• Strong paid social expertise (Meta).
• Shopify/DTC experience with retention marketing.
• Experience leading remote or offshore teams.
• Excellent analytical and execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the ecommerce strategy, P&L, revenue and profitability across key channels.
• Lead Amazon growth across the USA and UK/EU marketplaces.
• Drive Amazon advertising, listings, reviews, A+ Content and Subscribe & Save.
