Job summary

Prism & Pearl is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Growth & Performance Marketing Lead to own the brand's growth strategy across acquisition, conversion and retention. You will drive Meta Ads, Shopify optimization, email retention via Klaviyo and content strategy, collaborating with designers and the founders.

You will independently identify growth opportunities, prioritise campaigns, test offers and budgets, and use data to push profitable revenue growth while maintaining premium brand

Qualifications

• Strong ecommerce or DTC marketing experience.
• Proven hands on Meta Ads experience.
• Experience personally managing ecommerce advertising campaigns and budgets.
• Shopify experience.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition.
• Experience analysing ecommerce performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prioritise the ecommerce growth strategy.
• Identify opportunities across acquisition, conversion and retention.
• Analyse performance and turn data into actions.
• Improve customer acquisition efficiency.
• Develop promotions and sales campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to increase average order value.
• Improve website conversion rate.
• Improve repeat purchase behaviour.
• Monitor CAC, ROAS, MER, AOV and CLV.
• Allocate budgets according to commercial performance.
• Identify bottlenecks throughout the customer journey.
• Regularly present priorities, results and recommendations to the founders.
