Job summary

ePLDT, Inc. is seeking a Sales Head (Data & AI) to steer the overall sales strategy and drive revenue from Data & AI and IaaS solutions.

The role requires building a high-performing team, managing enterprise client relationships, and achieving multi-million revenue targets across BFSI, telco, retail, and other sectors. You will define GTM, build a strong pipeline, and align solutions with client needs by collaborating with delivery, data, cloud, and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field; MBA or equivalent highly preferred.
• 10+ years ICT or technology sales experience with Data & AI and/or cloud (IaaS) solutions.
• Proven leadership in enterprise B2B sales, driving multi-million revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategy for Data & AI and IaaS offerings.
• Lead and grow a high-performing sales team; set KPIs and coach performance.
• Manage relationships with C-level executives and close complex enterprise deals.
• Identify new opportunities and partnerships in Data & AI and cloud domains.
