Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in shipping, logistics or supply chain.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Data analysis skills preferred.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to work dayshift; site-based arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Contract lifecycle management including rate filing, amendments, renewals.
• Convert and upload rate cards into systems with accurate data and pricing logic.
• Enable accurate billing and invoicing; support disputes and collections.
• Collaborate across Sales, CX, PM, FINOPS, Product and Operations for data completeness.
