Qualifications

• Strong insurance industry experience, including frontline underwriting or broking.
• Extensive broker relationship management experience.
• Proven track record in managing, engaging and building relationships with major clients.
• Experience in managing high performing teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and numerical analysis using Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, manage and strengthen AIG Philippines’ relationship with distribution partners and key clients.
• Source opportunities to support business and deliver differentiated value to partners and clients.
• Develop mutual growth strategies with account targeting and cross-selling; client & broker seminars.
• Focus on Top 20 Major Clients to drive engagement and product penetration.
• Collaborate with Product & Geography leads to develop and market market-leading products and services.
• Work with leadership to ensure governance, controls, and regulatory compliance.
