Job summary

Aon Philippines is seeking an Account Executive to manage day-to-day client relationships, ensure timely, accurate service, and help shape client outcomes. You will partner with senior decision-makers and internal brokers to deliver risk solutions and sustained account growth.

Key duties include renewals support, data collection, and cross‑functional coordination with broking, claims, risk analytics, and insurers to meet client objectives.

Responsibilities

• Act as main day‑to‑day contact for assigned corporate clients, ensuring timely and accurate service.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with client contacts through responsive communication and reliable follow‑through.
• Monitor client business developments and risk changes, escalating to senior team members and helping coordinate appropriate responses.
• Support Accounts Receivable (AR) activities for assigned accounts, including follow‑up on billing and collections.
• Gather and maintain accurate risk and exposure data (e.g., SOVs, loss runs, underwriting information) and coordinate with broking and placement teams.
• Assist in identifying potential coverage gaps and support development of appropriate commercial risk insurance solutions under guidance from senior colleagues.
• Coordinate with internal teams (broking, claims, risk engineering, analytics) and external partners (insurers, TPAs, vendors) to deliver contracted services.
• Maintain and update client files, systems, and documentation to ensure data integrity and audit readiness.
• Coordinate the renewal process, including data collection, pre‑renewal strategy preparation, proposal and presentation materials, and post‑binding documentation.
• Work closely with broking and specialty teams to obtain quotations, terms, and endorsements aligned with client objectives.
• Prepare renewal summaries and support delivery of market and coverage updates to clients.
• Adhere to firm policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across all servicing activities.
• Accurately utilize servicing, placement, and risk‑management systems to track tasks, deadlines, and documentation.
• Support monitoring of account profitability by tracking services provided against agreed scope.
• Identify and surface opportunities to introduce additional P&C products, services, or risk‑management solutions to existing clients.
• Support the development of Client Promise/Service Plans and stewardship materials by providing account insights and data.
• Help facilitate effective communication among clients, internal teams, and insurers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
