Job summary

Qualifications

• College graduate of any business, statistical or mathematical course.
• Demonstrates ability to plan and can handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining standards of quality.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical competencies with financial data and market information.
• Must have 10-12 years of experience in business planning and guiding others toward goals.

Responsibilities

• Leads the design and execution of the Consumer Business performance management framework at product-, segment-, and sector-level.
• Partners with business and finance leaders in annual budget planning, targets, and forecasting of KPIs.
• Establishes performance review cadences to track progress and recommend corrective actions.
• Provides actionable insights and forward-looking analysis for strategic decisions.
• Identifies trends, cost drivers, and gaps versus targets, recommending improvements.
• Supports Sector Head with dashboards, scorecards, and briefing materials.
• Manages regular forecasts and implements financial control policies for expenses.
• Builds networks with CBS leaders to ensure consistency of budget communication.
