Job summary

You will lead Business Development Managers/Officers, cultivate key client relationships, ensure pricing discipline, and foster a culture of service excellence and mentorship within the team.

Based onsite in Makati, the role requires five years in relationship/account management and sales, with Cash Management background a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course (preferably business related).
• At least five years experience in relationship/account management and sales; Cash Management background is an advantage.
• Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Development Managers/Officers to meet financial targets.
• Ensure pricing/commercial terms are met by clients and review pricing regularly.
• Identify and engage key names for long-term business relationships and grow the client pipeline.
• Nurture Stakeholder engagement, provide leadership, coaching and align with the Group’s CORE values.
