Job summary

You will lead a team, manage retail stores, and ensure service standards, inventory accuracy, and documentation are in line with company philosophy. Strong negotiation, client management, and presenting proposals are essential in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices.
• Proven work experience in a similar role with at least three (3) years.
• Exceptional customer management skills.
• Excellent prospecting, negotiation, and selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales revenue, minimize costs, and reach management goals in accordance with the company's comprehensive sales and marketing plan.
• Execute full compliance with company standards in service standards, customer management, inventory, and documentation.
• Ensure all activities run accurately and in accordance with the company's philosophy and values.
• Ensure excellent customer care standards are always met.
• Ensure Terry's quality at its most premium standards is applied in its operations and services.
• Cooperate with other departments as required to execute responsibilities in a timely and sufficient manner.
• Observe the policies and procedures, security measures and work guidelines.
