Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Function Delivery Associate Director to own end-to-end capability development strategy and learning agenda. The role focuses on delivering scalable, AI-enabled programs to improve workforce readiness, proficiency, delivery quality, productivity, and client outcomes.

You will define multi-year capability roadmaps, govern with leadership, conduct needs analyses, lead design and delivery of training across domains, and oversee the learning

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of experience with leadership in capability development, L&D, or talent development in a global services org.
• Deep expertise in learning needs analysis, instructional design, adult learning, capability assessments, and learning evaluation.
• Experience leading large teams and multi-location learning programs.
• Knowledge of LMS/LXP, digital learning, learning analytics, skills taxonomy, and knowledge management.
• Open to any industry; BPO preferred. Generative AI experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute multi-year capability development strategy and annual learning plan.
• Translate requirements into capability roadmaps by role, skill, and account.
• Govern with business and client leadership; review plans, progress, investments, outcomes.
• Conduct learning needs analyses, skill-gap assessments, and capability assessments.
• Embed learning requirements into deals, transitions, and account growth plans.
• Lead design and delivery of training across functional areas, tools, platforms, AI.
• Oversee learning lifecycle: instructional design, delivery, certification, reinforcement, quality, compliance, learner experience.
• Drive onboarding, readiness, role transitions, upskilling, reskilling, leadership development.
• Apply modern methods: blended, experiential, microlearning, learning in the flow of work.
• Utilize LMS/LXP, digital content, analytics, AI to deliver scalable, personalized learning.
• Automate administration, tracking, reporting to improve efficiency and cost.
• Define and monitor learning effectiveness, proficiency, certification, SLA/KPI, client satisfaction.
• Present capability insights through dashboards, reviews, and exec updates.
• Lead and develop learning leads, instructional designers, trainers, operations specialists, SMEs.
• Manage team performance, capacity, succession, budgets, vendors, investments.
