Job summary

Accenture in Quezon City is seeking a Function Delivery Assoc Director to lead end-to-end capability development and learning programs. The role focuses on AI-enabled initiatives to boost workforce readiness, delivery quality, and client outcomes in a hybrid work setup.

The candidate will shape multi-year strategies, oversee learning lifecycle, and manage teams across locations, driving efficiency with modern learning methods and analytics.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of leadership in capability development, L&D, or talent development in a global services org.
• Deep expertise in learning needs analysis, instructional design, and learning evaluation.
• Experience leading large, multi-location learning programs.
• Working knowledge of LMS/LXP, analytics, taxonomy, and knowledge management.
• Open to any industry; BPO experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute multi-year capability development strategy and annual learning plan.
• Translate business requirements into capability roadmaps and learning priorities by role and account.
• Establish governance with business, delivery, and client leadership with periodic reviews.
• Conduct learning needs analyses, skill-gap assessments, and capability assessments.
• Embed learning requirements into new deals, transitions, mobilizations, and growth plans.
• Lead design and delivery of functional, domain, industry, tools, platforms, automation, and AI training.
• Oversee the complete learning lifecycle: design, delivery, certification, reinforcement, quality, and learner experience.
• Drive onboarding, new-hire readiness, role transitions, upskilling, and leadership development programs.
• Introduce modern learning methods: blended, experiential, microlearning, and learning in the flow of work.
• Use LMS/LXP platforms, digital content, analytics, AI, and generative AI to deliver scalable learning.
• Automate learning administration, tracking, and reporting for efficiency and cost savings.
• Define and monitor learning effectiveness, proficiency, certification, and client satisfaction metrics.
• Present capability insights through dashboards, reviews, and executive updates.
• Lead and develop learning leads, instructional designers, trainers, and subject-matter experts across locations.
• Manage team performance, capacity, succession, budgets, vendors, and investments.
