Job summary

Keywords Studios India is hiring for an entry-level Hardware Support role within our Asia Pacific in-office team. You will set up workstations, diagnose equipment, deploy firmware, and provide technical support across PCs and mobile devices.

The ideal candidate has 0–6 months of experience, basic to intermediate PC/Windows installation, networking and willingness to learn other platforms. This permanent role offers free cab within hiring zones, mediclaim, and subsidized meals.

Qualifications

• 0–6 months experience encouraged to apply.
• Basic to intermediate PC/Windows installation and troubleshooting.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Familiarity with platforms other than PC is good to have.
• Willingness to learn new platforms and tools.

Responsibilities

• Setup workstations and hardware.
• Maintain inventory and organized operation floor/storage.
• Diagnose and repair broken equipment; deploy updates and firmware.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise.
• Write and maintain technical documents.
