Qualifications

• Willing to work on-site and perform hands-on technical support activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 technical support for hardware, software, and user-related concerns.
• Perform PC/laptop setup, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Install and configure OS, drivers, applications, and standard images.
• Handle IT asset inventory, tagging, deployment, and asset updates.
• Perform hardware upgrades and parts replacement, including memory and HDD.
• Coordinate warranty claims, RMA, parts delivery, and pullout.
• Assist with asset refresh, decommissioning, and proper equipment disposal.
• Prepare service schedules, inventory updates, and technical reports.
