Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues facing users.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems via remote access or in person.
• Install and configure new computer systems and software applications.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
• Educate users on basic troubleshooting steps and self-service options.
