You will develop trainees into Appointment Setters, Cold Callers, and SDRs for US-based campaigns across Insurance, Solar, Real Estate, Healthcare, and Technology.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or SME in outbound environments.
• Strong English communication, neutral professional accent.
• Ability to coach and manage performance metrics in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intensive end-to-end sales training for new hires.
• Assess trainee progress, identify high-potential agents, and guide graduation to production.
• Coach on US-market sales strategies, objections, and compliance for Insurance, Real Estate, Solar campaigns.
• Teach use of BPO/sales tools and CRMs; develop scripts and training materials.
• Lead role-playing, live listening sessions, and performance reporting.
