Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or functional training.
• Experience creating training content (presentations, guides, videos).
• Ability to learn systems and simplify complex processes for others.

Responsibilities

• Functional Content Creation: script, build, and maintain role-specific training modules, system guides, and quick-reference toolkits.
• Practical Delivery: facilitate hands-on system walkthroughs, process training, and operational skills workshops.
• Agile Resource Development: create micro learning assets and bite-sized digital guides for daily workflows.
• Tech Implementation Support: assist in configuring the learning platform to map skills, assign courses, and track completion.
• Progress Tracking: monitor completion rates and basic performance metrics.
